Effective from: 26/09/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the facilities, services, courts, programs, memberships, competitions, coaching and other activities provided by Padel & Futsal Albury (“PAFA”).

By making a booking, purchasing a membership, registering for an activity or otherwise using the PAFA facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and court use

1.1. Courts must be booked through Playtomic, our website or directly with a PAFA employee.

1.2. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received or the booking has otherwise been confirmed by PAFA.

1.3. The person making a booking is responsible for ensuring that all participants using the booking comply with these Terms and Conditions and any PAFA rules.

1.4. Court bookings are for the time period booked. Players should arrive with sufficient time to enter the facility and be ready to play at the commencement of their booking.

1.5. Players must finish playing and leave the court at the end of their allocated booking time so that the next booking can commence on time.

1.6. Players must use the court, glass, fencing, gates, nets, lighting and other equipment appropriately and must not deliberately damage or misuse the facilities.

1.7. PAFA may require a participant to leave the court or facility where their behaviour presents a safety risk or is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payments

2.1. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

2.2. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered by PAFA, including Playtomic. If a booking is made directly with PAFA staff member, cash will be accepted, but the booking remains unconfirmed until payment is made.

2.3. PAFA reserves the right to change its prices, membership fees, court hire rates, coaching fees and other charges. Any changes will be communicated to members or customers with 4 weeks notice.

2.4. Promotional offers, discounts and introductory prices may be subject to additional conditions and may be withdrawn or changed at PAFA's discretion.

3. Cancellations and changes to bookings

3.1. Customers may cancel or change a booking in accordance with the cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking. Customers may cancel their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may incur a cancellation fee.

3.2. Where a booking is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, any available refund or booking credit will be provided. For a credit, this will go back into the Playtomic account of the person who booked the court. For a refund, this will go back to the person who booked in the same form which they paid.

3.3. Bookings cancelled outside the applicable cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

3.4. PAFA may cancel, move or reschedule a booking where necessary, including because of weather, unsafe playing conditions, maintenance, facility issues, emergencies or other circumstances outside PAFA's reasonable control.

3.5. Where PAFA cancels a booking, PAFA will provide an appropriate refund, credit or alternative arrangement in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Outdoor courts and weather

4.1. PAFA's outdoor facilities may be affected by weather and environmental conditions.

4.2. Players are responsible for considering their own suitability to play in the prevailing conditions, including heat, sun, rain and wind.
